K-1 Visa Consular Process: Bring Your Fiancé(e) to the U.S.

Are you engaged to a U.S. citizen and planning to get married in the U.S.?

What is the K-1 Visa?
The K-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa for the fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen. It allows the foreign fiancé(e) to enter the U.S. to get married within 90 days of arrival. After marriage, the K-1 visa holder can apply for a Green Card through adjustment of status.
